Programming

Chariot data loggers are programmed via any Andriod device that has NFC communication. The Chariot APP can be downloaded directly from the play store and is ready to use within minutes.

The APP has been simplified to make depolyment/set up quick and hassle free. Average set up time is less than 2 minutes. Within seconds of programming the logger it will show on the Aquagaurd Web portal automatically.

Signal Check Function

Built into the app home screen is a signal check function. The Chariot signal check function is superier to most other logger signal checks as the test can be done without being connected to the logger via a cable to a laptop so the results are as acurate as possible. The steps are as follows; Set the logger into signal test most with the chamber cover up, set your required test delay and press start, place the logger in the chamber and close the lid, the app will count down and tell you when the test is complete. Open the lid, place your NFC device over the logger to read the result and the signal check is complete.

Using this option in the APP will let you know if the logger is receiving pulses from the water meter.

This is great for peace of mind knowing your connection to the meter has been done correct and the pulse factors are correct.

Web platform

Web platform

Aquaguard web portal is the platform where data sent from the Chariot is shown. Here you can see the signal levels, battery levels, location, data, graphs and much more.

All loggers come with 10 years of portal access as standard so need to pay again after 5 years as is the case with some other manufacturers.

In the portal you can set Alarms, add colleagues to your account as user only or user admin if you would like them to be able to make changes.

A nice feature is that you can also send commands to the Chariot logger meaning there is no need atend the site if you have an event and need to change the logger dial in time. This is also useful if the pulse scaling has been installed incorrectly, you can send a command to correct this.
